Property data (Art. 14 GDPR)

Listings contain information that the properties have made public: name, address, location, phone, email, website and amenities. The sources are the property's own website and Google Maps.

Purpose and legal basis: to let visitors contact Alberobello's properties directly, without intermediaries. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f GDPR), both ours and that of the properties, in being found and contacted directly.

Your rights: property owners can at any time ask to correct their details, choose how guests contact them, object to the processing or have the listing removed, via the Owners page or by writing to info@alberobellobnb.com. Requests are handled within 30 days. You can always lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante).

Visitor data

Availability requests: your name, email, dates and message are forwarded by email to the chosen property, with a copy to the controller for support and abuse prevention. They are not stored in a database. Legal basis: your request (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).

WhatsApp and phone: the buttons open the app on your device. You send the message yourself, and it does not pass through this site.

Technical data: to prevent form abuse we keep an irreversible fingerprint (hash) of your IP address for one hour. The site uses no profiling cookies and no advertising trackers. Travel dates and number of guests stay in your browser only (localStorage), to pre-fill messages.

Anonymous statistics: we count page views and button clicks (for example "WhatsApp" or "Book now") to understand how useful the site is. For each event we record only the action type, the property, the language, the device type (phone or computer) and the referring website. We use no cookies and record neither your IP address nor any other data that could identify you.

Third-party services: maps are provided by OpenStreetMap and fonts by Google Fonts. These services receive your browser's IP address when they load content.
